If I should define a style to my paintings, then I choose Gothic. Gothic contains a lot of art-forms such as music, literature, architecture, movies, etc. It is also an attitude, a life philosophy. More inspiration do I find in Esotericism, Occultism, Spirituality, Witchcraft, Religions, Magic, The Dark Ages, Philosophy, Paranormal Phenomena, etc. It’s a search to the essence of life. The point of us being here. A search to the higher, the divine, the invisible world.

Fear, pain and death are major themes in my paintings. The dark side of life.

The paintings are very personal. A projection of my soul, with his dark side. Through its expressive kind and the use of aggressive colours, I want to call the attention of the viewer and make him aware.
